Thank you for choosing Front Line Kart for your membership benefits. We strive to provide valuable services to our members. Our Membership Fee Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds of membership fees paid to Front Line Kart.
This Policy applies to all memberships and we ask you to take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with this policy before taking out a membership. When taking out a membership, you indicate that you have read this Membership Fee Refund Policy and that you agree with and fully accept its terms. If you do not agree with or fully accept these terms, we ask that you do not take out a membership.
Membership
Front Line Kart offers different membership plans with associated fees. The membership fee is payable upon registration and is valid for the duration of the selected membership plan. Members are obligated to securely maintain their physical cards and should take precautions to prevent card loss. In the event of a lost or stolen card, members are required to promptly notify Front Line Kart to report the incident. Replacement cards can be acquired for a fee of €9.99 (administrative charge) for a one-year card
Refund Eligibility
Front Line Kart may provide refunds of membership fees under the following circumstances:
Kindly note that if you have already received your physical card, we will require you to return the card by post to our company address. Once we receive the card, we will proceed with your refund.
Refund Request Process
Before purchasing a Front Line Kart membership, it is advisable to review our eligible members list to ensure that you meet the criteria for membership. This list is available on our website – FAQ’s
If, after purchasing a membership, you are found to be ineligible based on our eligibility criteria, you may request a refund. However, please be aware that an administration refund cost up to €3 may apply in this case. This cost covers the processing of the refund and any associated administrative expenses.
Additionally, please note that Front Line Kart cannot refund a purchase for a membership card that has already been activated and delivered. Once a card is activated, delivered and benefits have been accessed, it is considered non-refundable.
To request a refund for an inactivated, undelivered card, please contact our customer support team at members@frontlinekart.com. We will guide you through the refund process and provide you with details regarding the administration refund cost, if applicable. Necessary documentation to evaluate your refund request will also be requested.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days upon approval of your refund request. Refund transactions exclude the time needed for funds transfer from the bank or payment provider to your account. If you haven’t received a refund within 15 days of us notifying you about your refund being issued, please, check your bank account again and contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon by Front Line Kart and the member.
Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that certain fees, such as processing fees or administrative fees, associated with your membership may be non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your membership agreement.
Discretionary Refunds
Front Line Kart may, at its discretion, consider refund requests for exceptional circumstances not explicitly covered by this policy. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis and assess eligibility for refunds based on the merits of each case.
Refund Denial
Front Line Kart reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria specified in this policy. Refund denial may occur if the request is submitted outside of the specified timeframes or if it does not adhere to the terms outlined herein.
Communication of Refund Decisions
Front Line Kart will communicate refund decisions to members via the contact information provided during registration. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to facilitate effective communication regarding your refund request.
Does this policy change?
We may update our Membership Fee Refund Policy from time to time. This might be for a number of reasons, such as to reflect a change in the law or to accommodate a change in our business practices and the way we operate.
