Memberships

Front Line Kart is a membership program that provides digital cards to eligible frontline workers and essential service professionals. These digital cards offer exclusive discounts and benefits at various partner businesses.

Applying for an FLK member card is a straightforward process. Simply fill out the registration form located in the NEW MEMBER’S SIGN UP section. Additionally, please ensure you upload your ID and any required employment verification documents. Our FLK team will diligently review your application within a span of 7 working days.

The duration of the Membership subscription is annual.

Eligibility includes the following:

 

Sector 1: Defence & Protection

  • Maritime (Seafarers)
  • Armed Forces (Soldiers)
  • Police (Police Officers and Neighbourhood P.O.)
  • Fire & Rescue Services (Firemen, Volunteer Fire Brigade)
  • Civil Defence (Civil Defence EE)

 

Sector 2: Health

  • Health Care (General Doctor, Clinical Dietitian/Nutrionist, Clinical Psychologist, Dentist, Medical Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist, Relief Unit, Specialist Doctor) 
  • Nurse or Midwife (General Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Midwife) 
  • Laboratory (Medical laboratory scientist)
  • Pharmacy (Pharmacist) 
  • Emergency Medical (Ambulance personnel, other emergency staff)

 

Sector 3: Social Services

  • Volunteers 
  • Social Workers
  • Street Sweepers

Individuals (volunteers) interested in becoming FLK members are eligible if they are active volunteers affiliated with recognized volunteer associations, such as:

  • Redcross
  • Rescue1cy
  • Emergency Rescue Unit Cyprus
  • Volunteerdoctors.org.cy
  • And other similar volunteer associations.

If you are a member of another registered volunteer service not mentioned here, please feel free to get in touch with us at members@frontlinekart.com for further assistance. FLK may access the provided information for review through the relevant organizations.

Yes, retirees who fall within the FLK categories and can provide the necessary certificates are eligible for membership. FLK welcomes retired individuals who have a background in the specified categories listed in point 1.3. to join our community. Simply provide the required certificates e.g. retirement document during the application process to verify your eligibility.

Verification Process

When registering, you will be required to upload one of the following documents that provide evidence of your employment and include your name, employer, position, and date:

 

  • Employment ID
  • Employment Letter
  • Employment Certificate
  • Registration Number (if applicable)
  • Payslip (from the last three months, with income details concealed)
  • Retirement Certificate for retirees who fall within FLK Categories
  • A volunteer confirmation letter or any relevant proof of volunteer service

If none of the above documents are available, we will accept confirmation of employment from your employer along with your application.

Membership may be declined for reasons such as ineligibility or if you already hold an existing FLK membership. To ensure eligibility for an FLK card, please review our Membership Criteria, as outlined above. If you believe your membership should not have been declined, please reach out to us at members@frontlinekart.com  for further assistance.

Physical and Digital FLK Cards

Simply present your FLK physical/digital card at the payment counter of our partner stores. You can find the complete list of our partner businesses on our website. Please keep in mind that discount terms may vary by brand, so we recommend reviewing the full terms and conditions on our website for more details.

If you have not received your FLK card within 16 days of application, please reach out to us at members@frontlinekart.com. Our team will be happy to assist you and issue a replacement card if necessary.

If you have lost your physical FLK card, please contact us at members@frontlinekart.com , and our team will assist you in issuing a replacement card. Kindly note that there may be a fee associated with obtaining a replacement card.

You will receive an email notification 30 days prior to the expiration of your FLK card, providing instructions on how to renew your membership. If you haven’t received this email, please get in touch with us at members@frontlinekart.com.

Physical/Digital cards are typically non-transferable and are intended for use by the registered member only. Sharing your digital card may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

Partner Registration Criteria

Businesses can register as partners and demonstrate their support for the FLK community by providing rewards to our front-line heroes in Cyprus. To get started, simply offer an exclusive deal to our members. The FLK team will review your application within 7 working days. To register as a partner, please visit the NEW PARTNER’S SIGN UP section and fill out the form.

If you need to make changes or amendments to the offer you’ve provided to our members, please reach out to us at partners@frontlinekart.com and provide the details of your new offer. Our team will assist you with the necessary updates.
